1 General Provisions and Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the mcbaji platform and all its services. By accessing the mcbaji website or creating an account, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

The key terms used in this document are defined as follows:

• "Platform" — The mcbaji website and all services under it.
• "User" or "Member" — Any person who holds a registered account on mcbaji.
• "Account Balance" — The actual amount of money held in a user's account.
• "Bonus Balance" — Non-cashable credits granted through promotional offers.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The minimum betting condition that must be met before bonus funds become withdrawable.
• "BST" — Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6).

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining Terms will continue to be fully effective.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements

To register on the mcbaji platform and use its services, you must be at least 21 years old. This platform is open only to those aged 21 and above. Any attempt by a minor to register will be flagged by our system and the relevant account will be immediately cancelled.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may hold only one mcbaji account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be immediately cancelled and all earned bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.

2.3 Information Provided at Registration

The information you provide at the time of account registration must be accurate, complete and your own. mcbaji reserves the right to cancel an account if false information is provided. We may request additional documents for identity verification when necessary.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You must notify our support team immediately of any unauthorised activity on your account.

• Do not share your login details with any third party.
• Always use a strong, unique password.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.
• Report any suspicious activity on your account immediately.

You will be personally liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account, unless you contacted us in a timely manner.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

4.1 Deposits

Deposits on the mcbaji platform can be made via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳300.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum amount for withdrawing funds from your account is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. However, in some cases withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

• The mobile banking number used for withdrawal must match the registered name on the account.
• The applicable wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• mcbaji reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal and conduct an investigation in cases of suspicious activity.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). There is currently no facility for transactions in foreign currencies.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,200 for a total balance of ৳2,200; for a deposit of ৳14,000 or more, the maximum bonus of ৳8,000 applies for a total balance of ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times. This means the user must place bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus benefits apply to one account only.
• mcbaji reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• The terms and conditions of any promotion will be detailed on that promotion's specific page.
• In cases of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• It may not be possible to claim another bonus while one bonus offer is already active.

6 Gaming Rules

The mcbaji platform offers various types of games, including sports betting, casino games, slots and fishing games. Each game has its own rules, which it is advisable to review before starting to play.

6.1 Game Fairness

We use software from established game providers to ensure fair play across all games. Game outcomes are determined in a completely unbiased manner using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits. These limits are clearly displayed in the game interface. mcbaji reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a technical error occurs during a game session, the relevant bet may be cancelled and the staked amount will be refunded. mcbaji will not be liable for losses caused by server failure or disconnection, but a fair resolution will be sought.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mcbaji platform and any account found to be engaged in such activities will be immediately closed:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus fraud or system manipulation.
• Attempting unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Exploiting any software bug or vulnerability in a game.
• Using automated betting bots or scripts.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate games.
• Selling or sharing any platform information with third parties.

8 Responsible Gaming

12 Account Suspension and Closure

mcbaji reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any clause of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Suspicious financial or gaming activity.
• Bonus fraud or system abuse.
• A request from a law enforcement agency or a court order.

In the event of account closure, if no breach of terms has occurred, the actual balance in the account (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the user. Users may also request the closure of their own account at any time.

13 Changes & Amendments

mcbaji reserves the right to change or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified as early as possible before any significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
